Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team, working within our Toddler and Pre-School rooms. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and early education in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Our nursery is a small, independent setting that has been newly refurbished, creating a bright, engaging, and inspiring space for children and staff alike. We pride ourselves on our small class sizes, which allow practitioners to truly focus on each child’s individual needs, interests, and development.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with a highly qualified and supportive team, you will help plan and implement stimulating activities that encourage learning through play. You will build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported as they grow and develop.

Requirements:

  * Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

  * A genuine passion for working with toddlers and pre-school-aged children

  * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development

  * A caring, reliable, and positive attitude

  * Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Working Hours & Salary:

  * Hours: 7.45am – 6.30pm

  * Patterns: 4 days per week with 1 day off, or 9 days every 2 weeks

  * Salary: Up to £27,090 for Level 3, depending on experience and qualifications
