Level 3 Childcare Practitioner – Nursery Setting

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
£13.50 per hour
Full-time & Part-time hours available

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Stoke-on-Trent for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive early years setting that places children’s development, wellbeing, and learning at the heart of everything they do.

This role would suit an experienced practitioner or someone newly qualified who is looking to grow within a nurturing, professional nursery environment.

The Role

  * Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  * Support children’s learning, development, and individual needs

  * Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

  * Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  * Maintain accurate observations and records

About You

  * Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)

  * Sound understanding of the EYFS framework

  * A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach

  * Strong communication and teamwork skills

  * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
