Early Years Practitioner
Wisbech, Cambridgeshire Start Date: September 2026 Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term Time Only Pay: £14.50 - £15.35 per hour (Weekly PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working exclusively with a well-established primary school in Wisbech who are looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team. The school is part of a supportive trust, providing excellent resources and strong opportunities for professional development across the wider network.
Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Practitioner Role:
Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the EYFS department
Support across EYFS and Reception classes
Work with pupils with additional needs, including ASD and behavioural challenges
Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework
Work closely with the class teacher to support planning and preparation
Help children achieve key developmental milestones
Requirements:
Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification or an equivalent childcare qualification
Has prior experience supporting children within EYFS or Reception environments
Able to travel independently to and from Wisbech
Good understanding of early childhood development and EYFS frameworks
