Job Description
Job Title: Baby Room Practitioner (Full-Time, 4 Days/Week)
Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days per week (set day off negotiable)
Are you a nurturing, qualified Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting babies in their early development? We’re looking for someone special to join a warm, welcoming team in the baby room at one of our partner nurseries in Bristol.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 long days per week—giving you a regular weekday off while still working full time.

Requirements:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working with babies aged 0–2

A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

A genuine love of early years education and care
