Are you passionate about providing the best start in life for young children? Icare24 are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a Private Day Nursery based in Coventry on a permanent basis.
What We’re Looking For:
* A caring, nurturing approach and a genuine love for working with children
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and commitment to high standards of care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, creativity, and a positive attitude
In This Role, You Will:
* Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
* Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
* Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes
* Observe, assess, and plan for individual children’s development
* Promote safeguarding and well-being at all times
Essential: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
