Early Years Practitioner - Primary School in Enfield - September 2025 Start
A caring and inclusive primary school in Enfield is looking for a confident and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their Reception team from September 2025. The role is being offered on a temp-to-perm basis via Reeson Education and presents an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive yet fast-paced environment.
This full-time position involves the usual Early Years Practitioner duties, including supporting play-based learning, implementing individual learning plans, contributing to planning and assessment, and working closely with the class teacher and SENCO. The role is particularly suited to someone who has experience with SEN high needs, as the class includes several pupils requiring tailored support.
The school is seeking someone who can step into the role immediately and hit the ground running. Experience with communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and sensory processing needs will be highly advantageous.
