Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3) - Islington, London
Daily Rate: £100-£110 per day PAYE
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025 - July 2026
Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next step in a nurturing and supportive nursery setting?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a well-established nursery in Islington, London seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional to make a positive impact on young children's learning and development.
Key Details:
Full-time role, 35-37.5 hours per week
Rotating shift pattern between 8:00am - 6:00pm
All Year Round (AYR) contract with 28 days annual leave (including 2 weeks closure at Christmas and 2 weeks in August)
Daily pay rate of £100-£110 PAYE
Permanent role starting September 2025
What We're Looking For:
CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in Early Years education (nursery or preschool setting)
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
Room Leader experience is an advantage, but not essential
A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
