What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
Passion for child-led learning and creating engaging environments
Ability to work as part of a collaborative and innovative team
Experience supporting children with diverse needs and abilities
Strong organisational and communication skills
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging learning experiences and support children's development in all areas of the EYFS
Provide pastoral care and ensure the wellbeing of every child
Work closely with staff and parents to create a strong home-school partnership
Contribute to the creative and inclusive ethos of the school
