Job Title: Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Private Day Nursery (Permanent Role)

Our client, a well-established private day nursery in the heart of Adel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in early years settings who's ready to take ownership, drive best practice, and help shape the future of a thriving nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the prime and specific areas of learning
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
Monitor, assess, and record children's progress using observation and planning cycles
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Work collaboratively with the team, sharing best practice and new ideas
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or above)
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Confident, proactive, and passionate about early years education
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also take initiative
Excellent communication and organisational skills
