Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young children and creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive? We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our welcoming nursery team based in West Wickham.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), offering a competitive salary range of £21,000 - £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a central role in supporting children’s development through play, exploration, and structured learning. You will be responsible for planning engaging activities, observing and recording progress, and working closely with parents and carers to ensure each child receives the very best start in life.
The ideal Early Years Educator will hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (or above), have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. You should be enthusiastic, creative, and motivated to inspire children while maintaining a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Supporting the emotional, social, and educational development of children.
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Maintaining accurate records of children’s learning and progress.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery environment.
