Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team, working across our Toddler and Preschool Rooms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for childcare and early years education to help shape the learning experiences of young children.

As a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with colleagues to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Early Years Practitioner with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and their families. You should be confident in managing routines within the Toddler and Preschool Rooms, supporting children’s independence, and encouraging their curiosity and exploration.

Role details:
* Position: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)
* Salary: £28,000 per year
* Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
* Location: Toddler and Preschool Rooms
