Job Description
We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a nursery setting, particularly in the baby room, who is passionate about supporting the development and wellbeing of our youngest children.

As part of our baby room team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for babies, helping them explore, learn, and grow. You will be responsible for building strong bonds with the children in your care, while also working in close partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child feels secure and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and education tailored to the individual needs of each baby.
* Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
* Ensure the baby room is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, offering regular updates on their child’s progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of childcare and education.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS requirements at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous nursery experience, ideally in a baby room setting.
* A genuine love for working with babies and young children.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Reliability, patience, and a warm, caring approach.
