The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Maidstone. This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive and engaging early years setting. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the developmental needs of children. * Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. * Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. * Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to individual learning plans. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Requirements: * Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification (desirable). * Previous experience in an early years or childcare setting. * Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A caring, patient, and flexible approach to working with children and families.
