Early Years Practitioner
Aspire People is recruiting for two passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join an Ofsted Outstanding primary school committed to providing children with a world-class education and rich learning experiences. This is a Temp - Permeate position
About the Role:
* Full Time position
* Lead and extend children's learning daily through engaging, hands-on activities.
* Support children in developing their independence and social skills.
* Observe, assess, and plan learning provocations tailored to children's interests and needs.
* Be an integral and positive member of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Relevant First Aid qualification and recent EYFS training.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
* Experience leading learning groups and supporting progress across EYFS or primary curriculum.
* Ability to build supportive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
* Confident IT skills and administrative experience.
* Experience delivering phonics using schemes like Read-Write Inc. is desirable.
