THE ROLE – Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)
We are looking for a nurturing and experienced Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark. You will be working with children aged 2 to 3 within the EYFS provision, supporting their learning and development alongside the class teacher. Duties will include leading play-based learning activities, supporting children’s speech, language and communication, and helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, a caring approach, and excellent communication skills. To apply, you must have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (such as CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) or a degree in Early Childhood Studies, with relevant experience in a nursery, preschool or school setting.
