Location: Gosport | Age Group: Early Years | Hours: Full-Time
GSL Education are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a friendly and nurturing setting in Gosport. This full-time role is perfect for someone who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and is dedicated to supporting young children’s development in a safe and stimulating environment.

Role Overview:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work directly with children, supporting their learning and development across all areas of the early years curriculum.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote development and curiosity.
Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through nurturing interactions.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress to inform future planning.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to provide consistent care and support.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education (essential).
Have experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting.
Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic about early childhood development.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Be proactive and flexible in a dynamic early years environment.
