Are you an inspiring Room Leader who is passionate about giving children the very best start in life? We are looking for a qualified Early Years Room Leader to take charge of our brand-new Baby Room at our exciting new setting in Rugby. This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to help shape the quality and vision of our baby provision from the very beginning.

As our Room Leader, you will work closely with the nursery manager to create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where babies can thrive. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every child receives outstanding care and tailored learning experiences that support their early development. From planning enriching activities to building strong relationships with parents and carers, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellence every day.
We are passionate about our people as much as we are about our children. As Room Leader, you will guide and motivate your team, supporting their professional growth and maintaining the highest standards of care and education. You’ll also take the lead on health and safety, safeguarding, and ensuring that your baby room is always a calm, happy, and inspiring space.
Hours: 4 days a week, 8:00am – 6:00pm, all year round (51 weeks)
Salary: Competitive rate of £15 per hour
