Are you the kind of person who can turn story time into an adventure, and make phonics feel like play? We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive school community after half term.
This full-time role is perfect for someone with Early Years experience who loves getting stuck in, building strong connections with little learners, and helping them take their first big steps in education.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with their learning, play, and development
Creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, encouraged, and ready to explore
Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life and spark curiosity
Being that steady, friendly presence children (and staff!) can rely on every day
What we’re looking for:
Previous Early Years experience (essential)
A proactive, engaging, and hands-on approach
Someone who’s full-time available, Monday to Friday
A team player who’s as comfortable singing nursery rhymes as supporting early literacy and numeracy
Why you’ll love this role:
This isn’t just about being in the classroom, it’s about being part of children’s earliest learning experiences—the moments that shape confidence, independence, and a love for school.
