Early Years Teacher - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - January 2026 - Full-time, Temp to perm - MPS (Main Pay Scale) - Open to ECT's
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive infant school in Wellingborough to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing engaging, high-quality early years education. About the role - EYFS Teacher
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils.
Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing.
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's positive ethos.
About you - EYFS Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications welcome from both experienced teachers and ECTs.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for inspiring young learners through creativity, play, and exploration.
