Academics in Canterbury are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher's to join our partner nurseries and primary schools across East Kent. We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic practitioners who are eager to nurture young minds and lay strong foundations for lifelong learning.

What you'll do as an Early Years Teacher:
Plan, deliver, and assess creative, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to promote development across all learning areas
Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the very start
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's growth
What we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS
Experience working within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
A nurturing, child-centred approach and strong understanding of early development
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
