Academics in Canterbury are seeking caring and passionate Early Years Teachers to join our partner schools and nurseries across Thanet in East Kent. We have exciting opportunities for dedicated practitioners who are committed to giving children the very best start to their education.

What you'll do as an Early Years Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with support staff and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform future planningWhat we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching and learning
Strong communication and classroom management skills
