Early Years Teacher Herne Bay

Academics are seeking a warm and inspiring Early Years Teacher to join a lovely partner school in Herne Bay. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in Early Years and is passionate about fostering a love of learning right from the beginning of a child's education journey.

What you'll do as a Early Years Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons centred around play-based learning

Support children in developing early communication, social, and motor skills

Foster curiosity, creativity, and independence

Track and assess pupils' development in line with EYFS guidelines

Work closely with classroom assistants and nursery staff

Build positive relationships with parents and carers

What we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:

EYTS / QTS / ECTs welcome

Experience or strong interest in EYFS

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Strong understanding of early childhood development

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
