Location: Kent

Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with a heart for supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team at a warm and inclusive SEN school where every child is celebrated for who they are.

The Role:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences tailored to each child's needs
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and academic development
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers
Use a range of communication strategies, including PECS, Makaton, and visual supports
Support children with personal care and sensory needs as requiredWe're Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS or EYTS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN
A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication skills
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and creative teaching environment
Knowledge of EYFS and a commitment to inclusive educationWe Offer:
