Early Years Teachers Needed!
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking to make a difference in a nurturing and supportive school community?
We are working with several primary schools across Bexleyheath who are looking for enthusiastic EYFS Teachers to join their teams from January 2026 until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will play a key role in creating a love of learning in young children, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that help every child thrive. Our schools value creativity, inclusion, and collaboration, providing a supportive environment for both staff and pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Observe, assess, and track pupil progress to inform future planning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reporting requirementsWhat We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum
Excellent planning, organisational, and classroom management skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
