The Position – Early Years Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working within EYFS, supporting children aged 3–5 with their early development. You will be responsible for assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy, personal care, and helping to create engaging, play-based learning environments. A Level 3 childcare qualification is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication skills, a nurturing approach, and a passion for supporting young children’s growth.
