About the Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities.
Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.
Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
Helping to monitor and assess children's progress.
Providing emotional and pastoral support to ensure children feel safe and valued.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:

Essential Requirements:
Experience working with young children (in a school, nursery, or childcare setting).
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Childcare, or equivalent).
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable:
First Aid qualification.
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum.
