Early Years Teaching Assistant About the School Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent role in a warm and welcoming primary school in Barnet. Starting this September 2025, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development to make a genuine impact in one of the most important stages of a child’s learning journey. You’ll be working alongside a strong EYFS team and experienced class teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality, play-based learning. What We’re Looking For • Experience working with children aged 3–5 • A calm, caring, and patient approach • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for early childhood development and a team-focused mindset • Knowledge of the EYFS framework is desirable Whether you’re a qualified TA or an experienced early years practitioner, this role offers real potential for professional growth in a setting that truly values its staff and fosters a culture of positivity and respect.
