Early Years Teaching Assistant | SEN Focus | Waltham Forest | £82.14 - £100/day | September 2025
Reeson Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN in nurseries and EYFS classes across Waltham Forest. Starting in September 2025, this is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who is passionate about inclusion and early childhood development.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language delays. Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford are keen to welcome patient and proactive staff.
Early Years Teaching Assistant - Key Details:
Daily rate: £82.14 - £100 per day
Term-time, full-time role from September 2025
Support SEN pupils aged 3-5 in nursery and reception settings
Work with teachers, SENCOs and families to deliver tailored support
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare desirable)
Experience supporting children with SEN in early years settings
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about inclusive learning
DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
