Two-form entryThe successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will ideally have:
A love for children and early years education
Patience, positivity, and a big dose of enthusiasm
Insight into specialist interventions and strategies, including Makaton.
Knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic support strategies.
A passion for supporting students with complex needs in education and training settings.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
Have a valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
Have a relevent degree e.g PshychologyThis is a chance to make a real difference in children's early learning journey.
