Early Years Teaching Assistant – Morecambe
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Morecambe, Lancashire

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general classroom support within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Assist with communication and language development through small group work and 1:1 support
Help children settle into school routines and build confidence in the classroom
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support individual learning needs
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with EYFS children in a school or nursery setting
Knowledge of speech and language support strategies (desirable)
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or EYFS qualification (preferred)
