Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality workshops across a range of "award winning" Early Years programmes.
Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related discipline.
Extensive industry experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting (ideally as a manager)
Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAA, A1) is essential for this role.
Strong communication and organisational skills
