Job Description

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE It may be easier to become an Early Years Vocational Trainer than you think, no previous experience in training or teaching is required! Our client is a leading specialist training and apprenticeship provider for the UK's adult health & social care, early years and funeral industries. They are currently looking for Early Years Trainers. * Coaching and supporting your apprentices throughout their course, shaping their learning experience, and providing support and guidance * Carrying out enrolments and initial assessments with your learners to identify their learning needs * Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and employers. This will include travel to employer sites and workplaces throughout your region * Progressing learners through their qualifications through observation, work product, written evidence, professional discussions, and other methods * Ensuring all regulatory and financial information is accurate and maintained for each apprentice Skills and Experience: * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Early Years environment at a supervisory level with a sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and OFSTED requirements * Administration plays a large part in the role, so good computer literacy is a must * A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role Benefits: * A starting salary from £27,000, plus tax-free bonuses when company targets are met. * 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) and an extra day for your birthday. * The option to buy or sell up to five extra days of leave. * A healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programmes, and 24/7 GP access. * Enhanced sick pay and life insurance. * Reimbursement for mileage and travel expenses.
