About the Role
As an Early Years Tutor, you’ll:

Deliver inspiring and inclusive learning across Early Years Bootcamps and Apprenticeships.
*
Teach and assess learners 3 days per week, with 2 days dedicated to planning, admin, and learner support.
*
Deliver hybrid sessions (a mix of classroom-based and online delivery).
*
Manage 8-week training programmes focused on Early Years and Childcare skills.
*
Support learners with SEND needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
*
Ensure compliance with quality and funding standards.
Ideal Candidate
We’d love to speak to professionals who have:

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent) – essential.
*
Experience delivering Early Years, Childcare, or Education programmes (Bootcamps or Apprenticeships).
*
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and learner engagement skills.
*
Confidence in delivering through both face-to-face and virtual platforms.
