About the Job
As an Early Years Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering inspiring and inclusive learning across Early Years Bootcamps and Apprenticeships
*
Teaching and assessing learners 3 days per week, with 2 days for planning, admin, and learner support
*
Delivering hybrid sessions combining classroom-based and online teaching
*
Managing 8-week training programmes focused on Early Years and Childcare skills
*
Supporting learners with SEND to create an inclusive learning environment
*
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and funding requirements
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for professionals who have:

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent) – essential
*
Experience delivering Early Years, Childcare, or Education programmes (Bootcamps or Apprenticeships)
*
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and learner engagement skills
*
Confidence in delivering sessions both face-to-face and virtually
