The client operates Design, Build, Service and Maintenance of highly specialised products within the Renewable Energy sector. Working to reduce carbon emmisions and upgrading the Uk Energy Sector. They are part of shaping the UK’s future Renewable Energy storage, transmission and distribution. Making a positive impact on the environment and have an excellent reputation and long standing relationships with the UK’s largest Energy suppliers.
Due to growth they are seeking multiple Project Engineers to work from their company base in Staffordshire:
The role would entail:
* Managing technical aspects of the projects from Design, Manufacture, Test. Installation, Commissioning and Client Sign Off.
* Supporting the Project management and Engineering functions of the business to ensure project deliverables are produced on time to the standards required by the client (National Grid).
* Being the technical point of contact for the customer and ensuring Projects are completed according to the agreed timescales, quality, commercials, and technical specification
* Leading site works inc subcontactor management, implementation and commissioning.
Ideally canddiates with:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Design and Build in a structured project engineering environment.
* Exposure to either Process / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas, Power Generation.
* A background in Electrical / Controls &Instrumentation (Design and build) and familliar with working to high standards with some form of specific regulations eg ATEX / DSEAR
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join a team in a company working on some industry leading projects. They have an abundance of work in both F.E.E.D and detailed design for some of the energy industries biggest names. The company offers an uncapped progression path, nearly all the senior members and directors have progressed from within.
