Job Description

Are you ready to put your C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection skills to work on complex, high-profile projects where your decisions directly impact safety, compliance, and performance? Would you thrive in a role where you collaborate with Engineers, Inspectors, and Project Teams, driving continuous improvement and shaping the quality culture of a leading organisation? Perform a wide range of QC Engineering tasks to include but not limited to the following: Ensuring compliance with quality assurance requirements, supporting provision of Lifetime Quality Records, System Information Sheets (SIS) & Operation and Maintenance (O&M) onsite Documentation Provide Quality related technical support for projects Knowledge of the requirements of IS09001 (Quality Systems) and IS(phone number removed) (Information Security) Liaise with E&I Quality and Commissioning Engineers, Project Engineers and Construction Operatives to ensure quality assurance. Co-ordinate and advise guidance on E&I Quality requirements Liaise with 3rd party E&I inspectors and co-ordinate the Inspection function. Raise Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs) as appropriate and liaise with Client’s QA departments Ensure all quality documentation/records are maintained within the Company’s Business Management System Identifying and resolving quality issues, often through root cause analysis and corrective action Identifying opportunities to improve product and process quality and reduce the cost of poor quality Contribute to the improvement and technical capabilities of the Company Support daily / weekly completion meetings with the Completions Managers Support existing, strong workshop HSE Culture  Experience  E&I discipline Good Engineering and QC background Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems Able to read and understand and electrical schematics Understanding of and familiarity with standards and specifications Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential Good communication and report writing skills Experience working in a highly regulated industry (Nuclear/Oil & Gas Construction) C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection Current security clearance (SC) (Desirable) CSCS card (Essential) Must be able to obtain SC clearance Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
