The Role
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team of Submission Coordinators. This role involves gathering evidence and compliance documentation for ECO4 scheme submissions, ensuring all data is accurate and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and organise evidence and compliance documentation for ECO4 submissions.
• Liaise with surveyors, installers, and Retrofit Assessors to ensure all required paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all submissions meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Use submission software proficiently to ensure data is up to date, securely stored, and easily accessible.
• Prepare and review all images from survey to installation stages to ensure ECO4 compliance.
Requirements
• Proven experience in submission coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and an understanding of ECO4 is highly desirableBefore You Apply
