About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Ecologist to support a growing programme of rail-related ecological work across South Wales. You'll take on field surveys, reporting, and ecological clerk of works duties while working closely with wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Plan, coordinate and carry out ecological field surveys.
Analyse and interpret survey data.
Deliver Ecological Clerk of Works support.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Degree in ecology or a closely related discipline.
CIEEM membership.
Strong protected species survey experience.
Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) Level 3+ desirable or equivalent practical field skills.
Protected species survey licence(s) are desirable but not essential.
Strong collaborative working approach.
Full UK/EEC driving licence.
Open to seasonal ecologists.
