Job Description
Our client is now urgently looking for an Ecologist to join their team in Motherwell on a 3-6-month contract (inside IR35). This is a hybrid role, working 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
You'll need to have a good amount of report writing experience as well as a degree in an environmental discipline to be considered for this position.
Principal responsibilities:
* Work with the internal team to deliver technically sound outputs for ecological commissions.
* Prepare and review documentation to ensure quality, cost, and programme requirements are met.
* Liaise with client and supplier representatives, attend progress meetings, and respond to queries.
* Manage and oversee a small, locally based, single-discipline technical team to ensure work is delivered to a good level.
