Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces 1 year fixed Term contract
UP to 25k great benefits One year fixed term contact
Location: Easily commutable from Stoke‑on‑Trent (ST6), Newcastle‑under‑Lyme, Crewe (CW2), Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich, and surrounding Staffordshire/Cheshire areas.

The Role
  * 
    Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
  * 
    Manage orders, returns, replacements, refunds and account updates
  * 
    Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
  * 
    Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
  * 
    Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
  * 
    Deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat
What You’ll Bring

    Strong customer service experience

    Background in Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce
  * 
    Confident communicator with excellent listening skills

    Strong IT ability (CRM, MS Office, online systems)
