Ecommerce Assistant
Location: West London (hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
We're looking for someone who's ready to take their first (or next) step in the world of ecommerce.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative retail brand with a growing global presence. You'll be part of a collaborative digital team and get hands-on experience across a wide range of ecommerce tasks, from product launches and online merchandising to content updates, reporting and SEO.
This role would suit someone who has around a year's experience in a similar role, or a recent graduate who has taken relevant modules during their studies. If you're familiar with Shopify, that will really accelerate your profile.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting with product setup and merchandising on our websites
Writing clear, engaging product and category copy
Assisting with weekly trade reports and user experience reviews
Uploading homepage and campaign content
Helping to run online promotions and seasonal sales
Researching trends and keeping an eye on competitor sites
What we're looking for:
A proactive and organised person with good attention to detail
Someone who's digitally savvy and interested in how online retail works
Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
Experience using Shopify or Google Analytics is a plus
