Description
Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platform and ensure its optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise digital campaigns and promotions.
Analyse website performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
Ensure the e-commerce platform aligns with the brand's identity and customer expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance.Profile
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms within the retail, luxury or premium space
Proven experience delivering website development projects on Shopify Plus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and industry standards.
A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.Job Offer
A competitive salary of £55-60k, depending on experience
