The Role
As an ECT in KS1 or KS2, you will:

What We’re Looking For
* A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Passion for teaching in KS1 or KS2 and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
* A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching.
