ECT’s – Teaching Opportunities | September 2026 Start
Birmingham and Walsall 
£150 – £165 per day (depending on experience and placement length)

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience and secure teaching opportunities from September 2026?

At , we are supporting schools across Birmingham and Walsall with recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECT’s for supply, long-term and potential permanent opportunities across Primary and Secondary settings.

Supply teaching is a fantastic way to build confidence, gain experience in different school environments and find the right school fit for you.

We are recruiting for:

Day-to-day supply cover
Short-term teaching assignments
Long-term placements
Temp-to-perm opportunities
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned and engaging lessons
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Maintain classroom behaviour and learning expectations
Adapt confidently to different school settings
Follow safeguarding and school procedures
Requirements:

QTS or pending QTS status
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A flexible and professional approach
