Early Career Teachers (ECTs)  

Opportunities: Long-Term | Full-Time | Day-to-Day 
Location: Oldbury
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS) 

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to start or progress your teaching career? 

We’re currently recruiting UK-trained ECTs across all subjects who are eager to make a positive impact in the classroom. About the Roles 

Long-term, permanent, and day-to-day teaching opportunities in primary schools

Structured guidance to help you successfully complete your induction 

About You 

Hold QTS or a UK-awarded PGCE 

Have the Right to Work in the UK and are currently UK-based 

Possess UK classroom experience and a strong understanding of the national curriculum 

A positive, reflective, and enthusiastic practitioner with a genuine passion for pupil progress 

Additional Requirements 

Reference details will be requested prior to registration. 

Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.
