Primary ECT Teacher

In & around Southampton

Part time, full time, availability when suits you best!

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across Primary Schools in and around Southampton. 

Do you have the following?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching in KS1 / KS2
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculumYour day may include, but not subject to:

Delivering high-quality teaching across day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply placements
Teaching pre-planned lessons and adapting delivery to meet pupils' needs
Creating a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing
Working collaboratively with school staff and adhering to safeguarding and school policiesWhat We Offer:
