Early Career Teachers (ECT) Needed – Southend-on-Sea

We have primary schools in various parts of Southend-on-Sea, who are seeking Early Career Teachers to join their team to gain experience and grow in their teaching journey

Teachers working in primary schools will be:
Planning and delivering lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring children’s progress
Managing classroom behaviour
Communicating with parents and guardians
Collaborating with colleagues and school staff
