We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher to join our vibrant primary school team. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and wellbeing.
Collaborate with colleagues, including participating in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and school events.
Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility as an Early Career Teacher.
Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to pupil development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
