Job Description
ECT of Design Technology Required In North West London
Strategy Education are working on behalf of a co-educational school in North West london who are looking for an ECT of Design Technology to join their teaching team for the new academic year.
Design Technology is a popular choice through key stages 3,4 and 5 and offers a broad curriculum encompassing Food preparation, Engineering and Textiles.
All contracts are permanent, you will be employed directly by the school and paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions.
In turn you will be supported through the ECT pathway. You will be given the support of your mentor to meet all teaching standards and in line with ECT you will have a 10% reduction on your timetable in year 1, 5 % in year 2.
The successful candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
