What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Secondary ECTs (PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent)
A genuine passion for education and working with young people
Adaptability, reliability, and strong classroom presence
Good communication and behaviour management skills
Up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
Your Responsibilities May Include:
Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (depending on your subject specialism)
Following school policies and ensuring a safe learning environment
Marking and assessment (for longer-term roles)
Collaborating with department staff and adapting to various school settings
Contributing to student progress and wellbeing
